Minced Grill offers Colombian-style food, including Salchipapas, also known as Picadas personales, and a Family Pack option.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before confirming it, including the selected plate, extras, sauces, potato type, pickup details, and total.
3. Pickup Service
Minced Grill currently operates by pickup.
Delivery is not available temporarily. We do not promise delivery or provide a future date for delivery availability.
Pickup orders are prepared after the order is confirmed. Estimated preparation time may vary depending on demand, order size, and operational conditions.
4. Hours of Operation
Minced Grill currently operates:
Thursday to Sunday: 6:00pm to 11:00pm
Monday to Wednesday: Closed
If a customer contacts us outside business hours, Minced Grill may offer to schedule the order for the next available open day.
5. Order Confirmation
Before an order is prepared, Minced Grill may confirm required details, including:
Customer name
Plate or menu item
Extras, if applicable
Type of potato: Papa larga (Francesa) or Papa criolla (papa amarilla)
Sauces: Tártara, Rosada, BBQ, Piña, Ketchup
The customer must confirm the order details before the order is considered ready for kitchen preparation.
6. Preparation Time
The average preparation time is approximately 25 minutes after the order is confirmed and required order details are complete.
Preparation times are estimates only. Minced Grill does not guarantee exact preparation or pickup times. If there are changes, high demand, or operational delays, Minced Grill may notify the customer when possible.
7. Payments
Minced Grill accepts the following payment methods:

Minced Grill does not offer or promise payment methods not listed in these Terms. Customers may be asked to provide payment confirmation when paying by Zelle to help verify and process the order.
Do not send unnecessary financial information, banking passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the website, SMS, or messaging channels.
8. Order Modifications
If an order has not started preparation, Minced Grill may review a requested change.
If the order has already started preparation, changes may not be possible because food is prepared at the time of the order.
Customers requesting a change should provide their name, approximate order time, and the requested change.
9. Cancellations
If an order has already started preparation, the order normally cannot be canceled because it is food prepared at the time of the order.
Customers requesting a cancellation should provide their name and approximate order time so the team can review the request.
10. Incorrect or Missing Items
If an order includes an incorrect item or a missing item caused by a restaurant error, Minced Grill may resolve the issue with a replacement or credit.
To review an issue, the customer may be asked to provide:

Description of the incorrect or missing item
Photo or evidence, if applicable

Minced Grill does not promise automatic refunds.
If there is a restaurant error, Minced Grill may resolve the issue with a replacement or credit. Refund-related issues may require team review.
12. Food Safety, Allergies, and Medical Conditions
If you have allergies, food sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or a medical condition, please notify Minced Grill before placing an order.
For safety reasons, Minced Grill does not confirm through automated messages or website messaging that any item is free of allergens, gluten, lactose, cross-contact, or other specific ingredients.
